A simple pasta salad with tomato, cucumber, onion and purchased salad dressing.
 

Ingredients

  • Corkscrew pasta
  • Dorothy Lynch dressing
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 onion

Method

Cook pasta according to directions. While pasta is cooking, chop tomatoes, cucumber and onion. Once pasta is rinsed and cooled, pour in 3/4 bottle dressing and chopped ingredients. Chill and serve. No specific measurements--just add more or less dressing and vegetables to suit your taste.
