Veggie Macaroni Salad

Macaroni noodles, cheddar cheese, peas and egg all tossed in a dressing of mayo, yogurt, and mustard.
Ingredients
- 2c. uncooked elbow macaroni
- 1 large tomato, seeded & chopped
- 1c. frozen peas, thawed
- 1/2c. cheddar cheese
- 1/2c. chopped celery
- 1 hard cooked egg, chopped
- 2 green onions, sliced
- Dressing:
- 3/4c. mayonnaise
- 1c. plain yogurt
- 2 tbs. sugar
- 1 tbs. prepared mustard
- 1/8 tsp. celery seed

Method
Cook macaroni according to pkg. directions; drain & rinse in cold water. In a large bowl, combine macaroni, tomato, peas, cheese, celery, egg & onions. In a small bowl, combine the dressing ingredients. Pour over macaroni mixture & toss to coat. Refrigerate until serving.
