Turkey-Mango Salad

Warm cubes of turkey & mango are served on lettuce and spinach, garnished with bell peppers & slivered almonds, served with red vinegar dressing.
 

Ingredients

  • Bag of pre-cleaned lettuce mix with spinach and lettuce, etc
  • 3 mango, pitted, peeled & cubed
  • 1 each of green, red and yellow sweet peppers
  • 1 pound turkey from the deli, cubed
  • Almond slivers
  • Light red vinegar dressing

Method

Take cubed turkey and put in a frying pan and brown; add the mango cubes and heat just to brown. Mix them together now; add the almond slices. Serve on top of a bed of the lettuce mix and decorate with green and red and yellow pepper slices; top with dressing as desired.
