Here's a great recipe for an old favorite. If you like, you can substitute chicken breast or shrimp for the tuna. You can also garnish the salad with a little crumbled hard-boiled egg and parsley.
Combine vinegar, sugar, mustard, garlic, and seasonings. In a serving bowl, combine hot macaroni, onion, garlic, tuna, and peas. Stir in dressing; chill 2 or more hours.
Just before serving, toss with mayonnaise.
