Tuna Twist Pasta Salad

Cooked rotini pasta and frozen peas are combined with tuna, celery and parmesan peppercorn dressing, and served on red-tipped lettuce.
Ingredients
- 8 oz. rotini pasta
- 1 cup frozen sweet peas
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 2 (6 oz.) cans albacore tuna in spring water, drained and flaked
- 3/4 cup Parmesan peppercorn salad dressing
- Red leaf lettuce

Method
Cook pasta to desired doneness as directed on package, adding peas during last 4 minutes of cooking time. Drain; rinse with cold water to cool. Drain well. In large bowl, combine cooked rotini and peas, celery, tuna and salad dressing; toss gently to mix. Serve on lettuce.
Notes: Ranch dressing can be substituted for the parmesan peppercorn dressing.
