|2 cups||Buitoni Three Cheese Tortellini|
|8||Cherub Tomatoes, sliced|
|2||Sprigs of Fresh Dill|
|1½ tsp||Balsamic Capers|
|¾ cup||Asparagus Tips|
|½||Large Avocado, cubed|
|5||Tbl Champagne Vinaigrette|
|Salt & Pepper, freshly ground|
|½ tsp||Lemon Zest|
|¼ tsp||Freshly Grated Nutmeg|
|¾ cup||Micro Greens|
Prepare Buitoni Three Cheese Tortellini according to package directions. Strain and let pasta cool.
After pasta has cooled combine with: tomatoes; dill; capers; asparagus; avocado; vinaigrette (reserve 1 tsp) and salt and pepper to taste.
Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes.
Plate above mixture with remaining ingredients in this order: Micro Greens; vinaigrette and lemon zest.
