This fruit salad combines pineapple (fresh or canned) with mangoes, cantaloupe, green grapes & cranberries in sweetened orange juice.
Peel and cut pineapples, mangoes, and cantaloupe into bite-size pieces and place in a large bowl. Add the grapes and cranberries to bowl.
In a small mixing bowl mix orange juice and sweetener and pour mixture over fruit. Toss fruit gently. Place in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
Notes:
I like to make this fruit salad the night before. It is a great crowd pleaser.
