This healthy salad is made of chickpeas, tomatoes, raisins, mandarin oranges and your choice of turkey, ham or both. Top with your favorite dressing.Ingredients
- Romaine Lettuce
- 1/2 cup chickpeas
- 1/2 cup tomatoes
- 1/2 cup mandarin oranges
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup cubed ham/turkey
