Fennel, oranges, raspberries, goat cheese and almonds with romaine lettuce and a raspberry vinaigrette.
Wash vegetables and pat dry. Tear lettuce into bite sized pieces and place in large salad bowl.
Slice fennel and onion into paper-thin strips and add to salad. Add orange slices. Dress salad and gently toss in berries, goat cheese and toasted almonds.
Notes:
Toast almonds ahead of time and cool before adding. Choose a pre-made raspberry vinaigrette. I usually use Ken's Raspberry Pecan.
