This side dish or appetizer combines torn greens with crabmeat, avocado & diced mango, drizzled with mango-chili dressing and sprinkled with chips.
Spicy Mango Dressing:
In food processor puree the 2/3 cup mango, chili, lime juice, and salt. Blend slowly while adding oil until dressing becomes emulsified. Chill in refrigerator.
Salad:
Toss together salad greens, crabmeat, avocado, and remaining mango. Drizzle Spicy Mango Dressing over salad. Sprinkle with SunChip pieces.
