A Greek inspired pasta salad with orzo pasta, feta cheese, basil, sun dried tomatoes and Calamata olives.
Cook orzo in boiling salted water according to package instructions. Drain and rinse orzo. Add crumbled feta, sunflower seeds, red pepper, olives, basil, sun dried tomatoes, and pesto sauce. Drizzle with Italian dressing, and mix together well. Chill before serving.
Notes:
This salad keeps well, and is delicious as a main dish served with stuffed grape leaves or cucumber slices.
