Ingredients:
| 15 | Medium Red Potatoes, cooked and cubed |
| ¾ cup | Sour Cream |
| ¾ cup | Mayonnaise |
| 1 cup | Shredded Cheddar Cheese |
| ¼ cup | Chopped Red Onion |
| ½ lb | Bacon, cooked and crumbled |
| ¼ cup | Snipped Fresh Chives |
| Salt & Pepper, to taste | |
