Stuffed Baked Potato Salad

All your favorite baked potato toppers in a quick and easy salad--cheddar cheese, sour cream, bacon and chives.
Ingredients
- 15 medium red potatoes, cooked and cubed
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 1/2 lb bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/4 cup snipped fresh chives
- Salt and pepper to taste
