Strawberry Salad
A mix of strawberries, pineapple and bananas are added to strawberry gelatin and layered with sour cream in this salad.
Ingredients
- 1 6-ounce package strawberry gelatin 1/2 cup boiling water
- 1 10-ounce package frozed sliced strawberries
- 1 13-ounce can crushed pineapple, not drained
- 2 bananas, mashed or sliced
- 1 pint sour cream

Method
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Cool and add fruits. Congeal half of gelatin mixture in oblong dish in the refrigerator, and then spread with sour cream. Pour remaining gelatin over cream and congeal in refrigerator. Serve topped with mayonnaise, if desired.
