Strawberry Gelatin Delight

A simple gelatin salad with strawberries, bananas and pineapple and a topping of sour cream.
 

Ingredients

  • 2 pkg strawbery gelatin
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 1 10 oz pkg frozen strawberries
  • 2 bananas, sliced
  • 1 15 oz can pineapple, undrained
  • 1 cup sour cream

Method

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water, sitr in strawberries, bananas and pineapple. Pour into two 12 X 8 inch dishes then chill until firm. Cover with a 1/2 inch layer of sour cream. Loosen gelatin by dipping dish in warm water. Turn gelatin onto a platter. Cut into serving pieces. Garnish with any remaining sour cream if desired. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
