Spring Pea Salad

Need more vegetables? Try this creamy side salad with peas, celery, cashews, and cauliflower in a ranch and sour cream dressing with cheese.Ingredients
- 2 10 oz pkgs frozen sweet peas, thawed
- 1 cup celery, diced
- 1 cup cashews, chopped
- 1 cup cauliflower, chopped
- 1/2 cup green onion, diced
- 2 cup cooked ham or turkey, cubed
- 1 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Method
Combine all ingredients in large bowl and mix. Cover and chill one hour.
Notes: Can also be served without meat as a veggie only salad.
