Sheila's Potato Salad

This traditional salad is simple to prepare and makes a great addition to any meal.
 

Ingredients

  • 4 large baking potatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2-3 hard boiled eggs, peeled
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 cup mayonnaise

Method

Boil potatoes and drain when tender. Dice potatoes, add eggs, add onion, salt, pepper and mayonnaise. Add mustard, mix well and chill.
