Method
Get a glass dish and spread lettuce in the bottom of the dish. Have your frozen bag of peas already thawed and sprinkle on top of the lettuce. Place onion rings on top of the peas. Your homemade dressing consists of a jar of mayonnaise, some garlic salt, a tablespoon of sugar and a little pepper (fixed to your taste.) Use six to twelve eggs, depending on how large the dish is. Cut the eggs up and spread across the dressing, covering the dressing. Take a bag or two of shredded American cheese and sprinkle on top if the eggs, covering the eggs. And last but certainly not least, the bacon bits. You may need about two small or one large container of processed bacon bits and cover the cheese (you can also, if you like, use real bacon, crumbled up.) Place in the refrigerator about an hour. Toss before serving.
Notes: A lot of people say that they don't like peas or onions but when you taste this recipe you won't even taste the peas and maybe not even the onions!
Number of Servings: Will serve about eight people depends on how large a scoop you get.
