Seashell Salsa


Shell macaroni is cooked, chilled and combined with canned shrimp, chopped cucumber and mayonnaise, then sprinkled with dill seasoning.



Ingredients:

  • 2 packages small shell macaroni pasta
  • 3 cans canned shrimp
  • 3 large cucumbers, chopped
  • 1 tbsp dill seasoning (or to taste)
  • 1 tbsp kosher salt (or to taste)
  • 1 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing

Method

Boil pasta; drain and cool in refrigerator. After pasta is chilled, add drained shrimp and chopped cucumbers. Mix in salad dressing or mayonnaise until lightly coated. Sprinkle with salt and dill seasoning to taste.

Notes: This is an easy summer salad that is filling enough to make an entire meal. Also it can be used as an option instead of potato or macaroni salad.
