This chilled pasta salad with asparagus, carrots, olives, and ham will cool you down on even the hottest day.
Cook pasta as directed and drain. Place all ingredients into large salad bowl and toss well. Chill for one hour before serving. If pasta seems dry add 1/2 cup additional yogurt.
Notes:
I like this salad because it is refreshing and different. Additional seasonings such as salt and pepper may be added at the table to each person's taste.
