A healthy blend of spinach, romaine lettuce, pecans and fresh strawberries, topped with creamy poppy seed dressing and Roguefort cheese crumbles.

6 cups Spinach, torn into bite size pieces
8 cups Romaine Lettuce Torn Into Bite Size Pieces
1 pt Fresh Strawberries, hulled and sliced
⅔ cup Glazed Pecans
⅔ cup Crumbled Roquefort Cheese
1 cup bottled Poppy Seed Dressing


In a large bowl, toss together the spinach, romaine and 1/2 of the strawberries. Drizzle with 1/2 cup of poppy seed dressing. Sprinkle pecans, Roquefort cheese and remaining strawberries over greens and dressing. Place remaining dressing on the side for guests to add according to their tastes.
