Roquefort Strawberry Vidalia Salad

Ingredients:
| 6 cups | Spinach, torn into bite size pieces |
| 8 cups | Romaine Lettuce Torn Into Bite Size Pieces |
| 1 pt | Fresh Strawberries, hulled and sliced |
| ⅔ cup | Glazed Pecans |
| ⅔ cup | Crumbled Roquefort Cheese |
| 1 cup bottled | Poppy Seed Dressing |
Directions:
In a large bowl, toss together the spinach, romaine and 1/2 of the strawberries. Drizzle with 1/2 cup of poppy seed dressing. Sprinkle pecans, Roquefort cheese and remaining strawberries over greens and dressing. Place remaining dressing on the side for guests to add according to their tastes.
