|1 pt||Fresh Strawberries, hulled and sliced|
|⅔ cup||Glazed Pecans|
|⅔ cup||Crumbled Roquefort Cheese|
|1 cup bottled||Poppy Seed Dressing|
In a large bowl, toss together the spinach, romaine and 1/2 of the strawberries. Drizzle with 1/2 cup of poppy seed dressing. Sprinkle pecans, Roquefort cheese and remaining strawberries over greens and dressing. Place remaining dressing on the side for guests to add according to their tastes.
