Raspberry, Strawberry, And Cranberry Salad

This triple berry salad can be served as a salad with a holiday meal or as a dessert with ice cream.
Ingredients
- 1 10-oz. pkg. frozen strawberries
- 1 10-oz. pkg. frozen raspberries
- 1 1/3 cups boiling water
- 1 6-oz. pkg. raspberry gelatin
- 1 16-oz. can whole cranberry sauce
- 1 20-oz. can crushed pineapple in syrup

Method
Let frozen strawberries and raspberries slightly thaw. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Pour into large glass bowl. Stir in cranberry sauce, crushed pineapple, strawberries and raspberries. Mix well. Keep in refrigerator until mixture is set and ready to serve.
Notes: This recipe not only tastes good but looks beautiful in a cut glass bowl. May also be used as a topping for ice cream.
