This pasta salad combines rotini, bell peppers, cubes of ham, salami, Colby and provolone cheeses, tomato, and pepperoni, and tosses it all with Italian dressing.
Boil rotini pasta in salted water as directed on the box about 13 minutes; drain and cool. Place in a very large bowl. Cut red and green peppers into small pieces; put in with pasta. Cut ham, salami, Colby and provolone cheese into 1/2-inch cubes; add to pasta bowl. Cut pepperoni slices in half and add to pasta. Cut tomato
in small pieces; drain off juice and add pieces to bowl. Add Italian dressing slowly, tossing to coat all ingredients. Cover & chill at least 4 hours.
Notes:
This serves a large crowd and is always a favorite. Very colorful dish.
