Ingredients:
| 2 cups | Rigatoni Pasta, cooked |
| ¾ cup | Basil Pesto |
| 1 | Small Shallot, diced |
| 1× 4 oz | Roasted Chicken Breast, medium dice |
| 1 tsp | Freshly Grated Lemon Zest |
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Serve cold.
