Pasta Salad

The ingredients for a pasta salad--using tri-colored rotini, roasted red peppers, marinated artichoke hearts, chick peas (garbanzo beans), and olives--are marinated in an oil and vinegar dressing. Feta cheese is added before serving. (You will need to select the amounts that you desire.)
Ingredients
- Canned chick peas
- Tri-Colored Rotini Pasta
- Roasted Red Peppers
- Marinated Artichoke hearts
- Feta Cheese, crumbled
- Olives
- Paul Newman's Oil and Vinegar Dressing

Method
Cook pasta until just tender; rinse with cold water when done. Slice olives, artichoke hearts and peppers, add to pasta. Rinse Chick peas and add to pasta. Cover with dressing and refrigerate. Add feta when ready to serve. (Can also add more dressing at this time to freshen the salad.)
