My Sister's Secret Potato Salad Recipe

This classic side dish is done right by this recipe. Serve this salad cold at your next event and sit back for the compliments.
 

Ingredients

  • 5 lbs peeled, cooked and cubed potatoes
  • 7 hard boiled eggs, chopped
  • 1/2 quart jar of Kraft Miracle Whip Dressing
  • 1/4 cup mustard
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 teaspoons of pickle relish

Method

Peel and cook potatoes till tender, about 20 minutes. Boil eggs while waiting. Let both potatoes and eggs cool. Cut potatoes into 1/2 inch cubes and dice the eggs. In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients. Blend carefully so not to mash the potatoes. Refrigerate for an hour or more but not more than 5 days. Serve cold.
