Monica's Fruit Salad

This chilled mixture of fresh and canned fruits combines mango, melon, pineapple and lychees with their syrup.
 

Ingredients

  • 3 firm, ripe mangos
  • 1 small seedless watermelon (such as icebox or sugarbaby brands)
  • 1 ripe pineapple
  • 1 or 2 cans whole lychees

Method

Peel mangos and cut flesh into bite-size cubes. Cut watermelon and pineapple into bite-size pieces. Place in bowl. Add lychees and their syrup to bowl. Combine and chill.
