Just four simple ingredients are required to make this fresh, light vinaigrette.
 

Ingredients

  • 1 can diced tomatos with juice
  • 1 packet Italian dressing mix
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

Method

Place all ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth.

 

Notes: This healthy dressing is great over pasta salads, greens, and summer vegetables. It is a wonderful alternative to oily bottled dressings.
