Lentil Salad

A healthy, tasty salad made with lentils, a variety of vegetables, black olives and fresh basil.
 

Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked lentils
  • 10 cherry tomatoes sliced in half
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup chick peas
  • 1/2 half diced green bell pepper
  • 1/2 small onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup sliced black olives
  • 3 sliced basil leaves
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
