Kiwi-Mango Slaw

This summer slaw is a healthy choice made with fresh fruit and yogurt to bind it all together.
 

Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped mango
  • 1 1/2 cups sliced kiwi
  • 1/4 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
 
Method

Combine ingredients in a large serving bowl. Keep refrigerated until serving.
