Kidney Bean Salad

Canned kidney beans are combined with chopped cucumber, celery, and hard cooked eggs, and moistened with mayonnaise.
 

Ingredients

  • 4 cans kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cucumber, chopped
  • 1 stalk celery, chopped
  • 1 or 2 eggs, hard cooked and chopped
  • Mayonnaise to taste
  • Celery salt to taste

Method

Mix all ingredients and refrigerate until chilled.

 

Notes: Best served cold.
