Holiday Salad

Red cinnamon candies add a festive flare to this creamy pineapple salad.
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cans chunk pineapple
- 3/4 package miniature marshmallows
- 1/2 cup red cinnamon candy
- 3/4 cup whipped cream

Method
Cut pineapple chunks in half. Place in a large bowl with juice, marshmallows and candy. Cover and shake well then refrigerate overnight. Shake bowl occasionally to make sure candy is melted. When ready to serve, drain juice and mix in whipped cream.
Notes: This is a really easy recipe and works as a salad or dessert.
