Holiday Fruit Salad

A colorful, creamy fruit salad--that's easy to make. Use light sour cream if you'd prefer a reduced fat version.
 

Ingredients

  • 16 oz sour cream
  • 2 large cans regular fruit cocktail
  • 1 red apple
  • 3/4 of one bag of mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup chopped pecans

Method

Drain fruit cocktail for at least 1 hour. Dice cored, but unpeeled, apples. Put all ingredients in a large mixing bowl adding sour cream last. Stir well. Refrigerate for 1 hour and serve.

 

Notes: Any left overs may be refrigerated for up to two days.
