Freezer Slaw

Ingredients:

1 Meduim Head of Cabbage
1 cup Vinegar
1 tsp Mustard Seed
2 cups Sugar
1 tsp Celery Seed
1 Shredded Carrot

Directions:

shred the cabbage and add 1 tsp of salt and work into cabbage thourghly. Let stand 1 hour.

combine the vinegar,mustard seed,sugar,and celery seed and cook 1 minute. strain and cool. Squeeze juice out of cabbage. Add the shredded carrot and cooled liquid to the cabbage and freeze.
