This salad combines romaine, croutons and parmesan cheese, and is dressed with a blended mixture of olive oil, vinegar, lemon juice, and egg product.
Prepare dressing (below). Wash, drain and prepare lettuce for salad. To serve, in a large salad bowl add lettuce and dressing, croutons, and grated parmesan cheese. Toss well and serve with additional fresh cracked pepper.
Dressing: In a blender or food processor, combine all of the above dressing ingredients and process until smooth. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Dressing must be used within 8 hours.

My family loves this salad recipe in the summer with a zesty BBQ dinner, but it is great any time of year!
