This main dish salad is loaded with healthy ingredients--spinach, chicken eggs, tomatoes and feta cheese.
Place chicken in large zip top bag with crushed garlic, Italian dressing, salt and pepper. Mix ingredients together after closing bag. Marinate chicken in refrigerator for 2 hours. After chicken is marinated cook chicken in a skillet or grill on medium heat until cooked throughout. To assemble salad place spinach in a large bowl with chicken, eggs, cheese and tomatoes. Toss well and serve with your favorite dressing.

This salad is great with homemade garlic bread.
