|1 bunch||Radishes, thinly sliced|
|1||Red Onion, sliced|
|¼ cup||Apple Cider Vinegar|
|1 tsp||Fresh Lemon Juice|
|1 Tbsp||Extra Virgin Olive Oil|
|1 tsp||Kosher Salt|
|⅛ tsp||Freshly Ground Black Pepper|
In a large serving bowl, mix cucumber, radishes and red onion. Combine apple cider, lemon juice, olive oil, dill, salt and ground pepper in a small mixing bowl. Whisk ingredients well.
Pour dressing over salad and gently toss to coat. Serve chilled.
