Crisp Mexi Salad


Corn chips add crunch to this lettuce, tomato, onion and kidney bean salad, dressed with Catalina French dressing.



Ingredients:

  • 1 medium head lettuce
  • 2-3 tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 small to medium onion, chopped
  • 1 can dark red kidney beans
  • 1 bag regular-size Fritos
  • 1 small bottle Catalina French dressing

Method

Wash and drain lettuce. Chop tomatoes and onions. Toss as you would for a regular green salad; add beans, and enough corn chips to make you happy; toss together with desired amount of Catalina dressing.

Notes: I personally like to add more dressing to my salad so you could also add enough Catalina dressing to suit your taste.
