Romaine lettuce is layered with black beans, tomatoes, corn, cheese and bacon and served with a creamy lemon-dill dressing.
In a blender, combine yogurt, milk, cucumber, lemon juice, garlic, dill, salt and pepper. Blend until smooth and refrigerate until chilled. In a large salad bowl, layer 1/3 of romaine, tomatoes, beans, corn, cheeses, bacon and prepared dressing. Repeat layers 2 more times. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Notes:
This is an easy salad recipe that can be made ahead of time and refrigerated until needed.
