Citrus Spinach Salad & Dressing

Oranges, strawberries, celery and onion combine with spinach and other greens in this unique salad. Make the citrus dressing to go with it.
 

Ingredients

  • Salad:
  • 2 naval oranges
  • 4 cups spinach
  • 4 cups mixed greens
  • 2 cups sliced strawberries
  • 1/2 cup sliced celery
  • 1/8 cup green onion
  • Dressing:
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 T orange juice
  • 2 T lemon juice
  • 1 t grated orange rind
  • 1/8 t salt

Method

Clean & separate oranges, clean spinach, clean & slice strawberries, clean & slice celery, clean mixed greens & slice, chop green onion, mix all ingredients together into bowl, set aside. Dressing: Mix olive oil, orange juice, lemon juice, orange rind & salt mixed together very well, serve over salad

 

Notes: Very good salad!
