Celebration Salad

Orange-flavored gelatin is combined with mayonnaise, Cool Whip, crushed pineapple, cheddar cheese, and tiny marshmallows, then chilled until set.

Ingredients:

• 1 small box orange Jello
• 1 cup boiling water
• 20 oz can crushed pineapple, drained very well
• 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
• 1 cup mayonnaise
• 1 cup chopped maraschino cherries
• 4 cups mini marshmallows
• 8 oz container whipped topping, thawed

Method

Combine Jello and boiling water. Stir until dissolved; refrigerate until jello is consistency of unbeaten egg whites. Stir in pineapple, cheese, mayonnaise, cherries, and marshmallows. Fold in whipped topping. pour into any kind of decorative mold or dish. Chill until thoroughly set.
