
Mango, citrus dressing and black beans add a Caribbean flavor to this shrimp salad.
1. Pat shrimp dry with paper towels.
2. Cook and stir shrimp with garlic in oil in skillet over medium-high heat until done, about 5 minutes.
3. Remove from skillet and place in large bowl.
4. Add remaining ingredients, except mixed greens, and toss to combine ingredients.
5. Just before serving, gently toss with the mixed greens.
