Camembert Salad Dressing

This creamy dressing is made with Camembert cheese, cream cheese, buttermilk and tarragon vinegar.
 

Ingredients

  • 4 ounces Camembert cheese, rind removed, softened to room temperature
  • 1 8 oz package cream cheese, softened to room temperature
  • 1/3 cup buttermilk
  • 1/3 cup tarragon vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1/8 tsp pepper

Method

Cream cheeses together, add remaining ingredients and beat well. Cover and chill 1-2 hours. Beat well just before serving.

 

Notes: Delicious on crisp green salads, chicken Ceasar salads, fruit or vegetable crudites, and chunky pretzel sticks.

 

Number of Servings: About 1 1/4 cups
