Caesar Dressing

Use this dressing on your favorite mix of greens. Anchovy and Parmesan cheese add flavor, while red pepper sauce adds a kick.
Ingredients
- 1/4 c. fresh lemon juice
- 2 tblsp. mayonaise
- 1 anchovy, finely chopped
- 1 tablsp. red wine vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. dijon mustard
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. finely ground pepper
- 1/4 tsp. crushed garlic
- 1/8 tsp. red pepper sauce
- 1 c. olive oil
- 1/4 c. parmesan cheese; grated

Whisk together first 9 ingredients. Gradually whisk in oil and then the grated cheese.
