Crumbled bacon bits, raisins and water chestnuts add texture to this broccoli salad with a sweet-and-sour dressing.
Break broccoli into small flowerettes. Peel stalks and slice into thin circles. Fry bacon; drain and crumble. Mix with broccoli, onion, raisins, cheese and water chestnuts. Stir dressing ingredients well to dissolve sugar. Toss into broccoli.
