Fresh greens with Vidalia onion, Granny Smith apple and walnuts/pecans with a balsamic vinaigrette.
Mix first four ingredients in a serving dish. Mix together olive oil and vinegar and pour over salad and toss. Cover and chill for one hour before serving. Toss again before serving.
Notes:
You can use romaine instead of spring mix. It is a matter of choice.
