This traditional potluck salad is always a favorite and with the best recipe ever, sounds like a winner.
Peel potatoes, quarter them and boil until tender.
Place cooked potatoes in large bowl, add Italian dressing, salt, 1 tbsp pepper, mix well, cover and refrigerate for several hours.
Take your potato mixture and add the remaining ingredients, mix well, return to the refrigerator for the flavors to blend, at least 1 hour.
