This pasta salad makes a great addition to any event and is refreshing with its apples and veggies.
Boil water, add salt and vegetable oil. Add elbow pasta and cook for 8 minutes. Drain water. Chop cilantro leaves. Cut apple into chunks, open can of vegetable and drain water. In a bowl, mix elbow pasta, apple, cilantro leaves, vegetables and mayonnaise.
